John Stossel has a wonderful article at where he discusses how unreasonable regulation pushed by politically connected businessmen stifles competition. Fortunately the Institute for Justice is a group of lawyers that takes on cases to help these businesses that have been unfairly treated.

John gives four examples of businesses hurt by bad legislation, and how the IJ has helped win back some of the freedoms of these businesspeople.
